Do You Accept Instalment Plan?

Yes, we provide cash instalments. Customer need to pay at least 30% of the selling price, and the balance need to be settle in 2 months time.

What Is The Difference Between Selling Direct And Consignment?

Selling directly to us means you get paid immediately. Payment usually made via Online Transfer. With this method, you do not need to wait for the item to be sold. However the pay-out value is lower when compared to consigning the item to us.

Consigning an item to us, you will only get paid after your item sold (according to the payment schedule in the terms of consignment).

Are There Any Charges For Consignment?

No, consignment period is minimum 30 days. If you decide to collect your items within a month, a service fees of RM250 will be charged.

How Much Is The Shipping Fee?

We provide free shipping within Malaysia. For international shipments, postage will be charge depending on destination.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Parcel?

For customers within Klang Valley, you get to enjoy same day delivery (order cut-off time at 4PM for weekdays and latest 2PM for weekends). Overseas shipments will vary depending on destination. We will provide you with a tracking link/number to track the progress of your parcel.

Can I Reserve An Item?

For reservations, we will require a deposit of 30% of price (50% for items below RM500) paid via bank transfer. The deposit is non refundable but can utilised for another item should you decide not to get the initial item of interest.
